复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶—氧氟沙星注射液治疗猪咳喘症临床疗效试验 被引量:1

摘要 为验证复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶—氧氟沙星注射液对猪咳喘症的临床疗效,选用伴有咳嗽、喘气等病症的患病猪为试验对象,以氧氟沙星注射液、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液的疗效为对照。结果显示,复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶—氧氟沙星注射液高、中、低剂量组对猪咳喘症的疗效均优于氧氟沙星注射液及磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液单独用药的疗效,其治愈率分别为73.3%、63.3%、50.0%,总有效率分别为90.0%、86.6%、73.3%;且复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶—氧氟沙星注射液高、中剂量组与氧氟沙星注射液及磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液比较,其对治疗猪咳喘症的总有效率差异均显著(P<0.05)。可见,复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶—氧氟沙星注射液能有效治疗猪咳喘症,建议肌肉注剂量必须达到0.1mL/kg.b.w以上,且每天给药2次,连用3d。 The present study has been conducted to verify the clinical effects of sulfamonomethoxine compoundofloxacin injection on controlling the swine enzootic pneumonia of piglets. Sick piglets (variety Sanyuanza) infected with swine enzootic pneumonia virus were. selected for the study and treated with different dosage of sulfamonomethoxine compound-ofloxacin. The check included ofloxacin and sulfamonomethoxine sodium injection. The cure rate at high (0.2mL/ kg. b. w ), middle (0.1 mL/kg. b. w) and low dosage (0.05mL/kg. b .w) of sulfamonnmethoxine compound-ofloxaein injection on the swine enzootic pneumonia was recorded 73.3%, 63.3%, and 50.0%, respectively, and the lotal eftective rate was 90.0%, 86.6%, and 73.3%, respectively. The total effective cure rates between high group of sulfamonomethoxine compound- ofloxacin injection and the two control groups differed significantly (P〈0.05). In the present study, sulfamonomethoxine compound-ofloxaein injection on curing the swine enzootic pneumonia was found better than both the ofloxacin injection and sulfhmonomethoxine sodium injection and might be recommended @ 0.1 mL/kg.b.w, twice a day for three days.
