摘要
通过对某水产企业员工薪酬满意度的调查,从公平性、竞争性、激励性等方面,分析了水产企业员工薪酬满意度,并提出适合水产企业员工薪酬模式的理念,构建适合我国水产企业员工的薪酬模式。
Through an investigation of the salary satisfaction of the managerial staff of a certain aquatic product enterprise, this paper analyzes the salary satisfaction from fairness,competition and incentive. It also puts forward the idea of the salary mode which is suitable for the enterprise managerial staff and tries to build the salary mode for the managerial staff of the aquatic product enterprises.
