Analysis on the current situation of offering of the public-selected courses in the general studies in colleges of engineering

通过对工科院校通识类公选课开课状况的学生调查,了解了什么样的公选课受欢迎,受哪些同学欢迎,学生选课动机是什么,选课方式有哪些弊端,导致了什么样的不良后果,从而找到问题根源,并提出一定的解决思路。

Through the investigation of the offering of the public-selected courses in the general studies in colleges of engineering, we understand that what kinds of public-selected courses are popular and by what kinds of students they are welcome. The students＂ motives and the disadvantages of the mode are also discussed. The root of the problem is found and some solutions are put forward.
