Three Dimensional Urban Geographic Information System Combined the GIS function of the traditional 2D GIS and 3D visualization of 3D Virtual Reality Landscape System. The paper proposed 3DUGIS and its system data structure. It also took Shanghai 3DUGIS as example, and introduced the design of 3DUGIS and its application in urban planning.
