嘉定文派古文观及其创作述略——从嘉定文派之兴谈起

A Study on Ancient Prose Theory and Style of Writing of Jiading School——From the Rise of Jiading School

嘉定文派之称始于明遗民归庄,是一个以嘉定四先生为中心、布衣寒士为主体的区域性古文流派,兴于明万历初,余脉延及清初。传承归有光之学,通经学古,以复兴古文、经世致用为己任,批评八股之"俗学"、七子之"伪体"。文章六经为质,并以韩、欧为古文"正宗",兼而采之。创作上"经经纬史",追求"文从字顺",形成平实淳雅的风格。嘉定派被称为古文"正宗",在明清文学史上,承上启下,对明清古文的发展有着重要的意义。

Jiading ancient prose School appears in Gui Village in the late Ming Dynasty and has the four masters in Jiading as the representatives along with some poor writers.This article deals with its prose theory and style of writing,and argues that Jiading School inherits GUI Youguang＇s prose theory,advocates the revival of ancient prose,criticizes Eight-part essay and Qizi School＇s prose,and at the same time their ancient prose writing emphasizes receiving the tradition of Confucian sutra and fluency style of writing.Jiading School is regarded as an orthodox school and has important effect on the development of ancient Prose in Ming and Qing dynasty.
