摘要
随着中国国内经济不断增长和对外贸易的不断发展壮大,其与各贸易伙伴之间的贸易摩擦也在日益加剧,面临的反倾销形势也十分严峻。文章从反倾销的一般特征出发,结合世界经济的总体态势和中国经济具体运行情况,分析了中国对外贸易近年来不断遭遇反倾销的现状、原因。在上述分析的基础上,进一步提出了中国政府和企业在应对反倾销指控中应当采取的一些对策措施。
With the continual development of China s economy and foreign trade,trade friction between China and other countries is becoming increasingly severe.As a result,the situation of antidumping China facing is also rigorous.Based on the general characteristics of antidumping,the situation of world economy and practical operation of China s economy,the paper analyses the present situation and the cause for antidumping which China encounters.And then,it puts forward some countermeasures against antidumping forChina which China＇ s government and enterprises should take.
