微波辅助提取黄精多糖的工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:优选微波提取黄精多糖的最佳工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和多糖含量为考察指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验L9(3^4)优选黄精的提取工艺条件。结果:影响因素大小依次为固液比(A)〉提取温度(C)〉提取时间(B)。最佳工艺条件为:加14倍量的水,浸泡1.5h,温度60℃,每次12min,微波加热提取3次。结论:与常规提取法相比,该工艺高效、节能、省时。 Zhang Ruitang ,Shi Xiaofeng , Ma Quhuan, Zhang Fanghong , Song Wei ( 1. Gansu Academy of Medical Sciences) ABSTRACT Objective: To optimum the extraction procedure ofpolysaccharide in Polygonatum sibiricum Red. by Microwave- assistant. Method : The extraction ratio of whole solids and the content of polysaccharide in Polygonatum sibiricum Red. were used as index, The optimum condition of the extraction were studied by the experiment of single fact and the orthogonal L9 (3^4 ). Result: The influencing effects of factors were as follows : A 〉 C 〉 B ( A : liquid-solid ratio, B : extraction time, C : extraction temperature). The optimize extraction condition were as follows:12 times of water, soaking 1.5h, microwave extracted at 60℃, 12 min for three times. Conclusion: Compare with traditional method, the optimum extraction procedure is higher extraction efficiency, less extraction duration.
