Selection of Optimal Ground Substance Mixture Ratio of Baibixiao Ointment by Orthogonal Experiment

目的:选择最佳白疕消软膏基质配比。方法:以伸展性、保湿性、粒度、耐热耐寒稳定性等主要指标综合评分为指标,用正交试验法进行优选试验。结果:白疕消软膏基质最佳配比为白凡士林25%、硅油5%、十六醇2%、单硬脂酸甘油酯3%、脱水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯司盘-60 3%、硬脂聚烃氧(40)酯9%、药液40%、甘油8%。结论:优选出的基质配比制备的软膏质量稳定。

Objective： To select the optimal ground substantial mixture ratio of Baibixiao Ointment. Method： Taking comprehensive score of main indexes such as extensibility, moisture retention, size, hot and cold resistant ability and stability as parameters, the optimal process was selected by the orthogonal test. Result： The optimal ground substance mixture ratio of Baibixiao ointment was 25% White vaseline, 5% Silicone oil, 2% Hexadecanol, 3% Monostearin, 3% Span-60, 9% Polyoxl（40） stearate, 40% physic liquor, and 8% glycerin. Conclusion： The ointment prepare by the optimal ground substance mixture ratio is stable.
