摘要
目的:建立以HPLC法测定肾炎灵胶囊中没食子酸含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇:0.05%磷酸(4:96)为流动相,检测波长:270nm,流速1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:没食子酸在18.9～151.2ng范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为100.4%(RSD=1.3%)。结论:本方法操作简便,可靠,准确,重复性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of gallic acid in Shenyan]ing capsules. Method： A Shim- pack VP-ODS C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm,5μm）was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid（4： 96） , the detaction wavelength was 270nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml.min^-1. Result： The linear range of gallic acid was 0.02 - 0. 15μg（ r = 0. 999 8） ,the average recovery was 100.4% with RSD 1.3% （n =6）. Conclusion： This method is simple,reliable and acerate, It can be used for quality control of Shenyanling capsules.
