吸附法分离生物转化反应液中L-苯丙氨酸

Isolation of L-Phe from the Liquid of Biological Transformation by Adsorption

为了分离提取生物转化反应液中 L-苯丙氨酸 (L- Phe) ,选用了几种吸附材料。结果显示 :用南开牌 NKA- 吸附树脂效果最好 ,吸附率平均 86.42 % ,且易于被 95%乙醇动态洗脱 ,洗脱率在 90 %左右 ,纯度 87.2 3%。结合离子交换等方法可以较为简便地纯化反应液中 L-

This paper describes the effect of adsorption capacity and adsorption efficiency of some kinds of adsorbent on L Phe from the liquid of biological transformation.Results show that NKA Ⅱ possesses high adsorption capacity and adsorption efficiency.Adsorption efficiency is 86 42%.It is easy to elute with 95% alcohol. Eluting efficiency is about 90%,the purity of product of thin layer chromatography is 87.23%.
