数据挖掘技术在门急诊MIS中的应用

Application of Data Mining Technology in the MIS of Outpatient Service and Emergency Call

针对医院门急诊MIS中海量数据不断积压的问题，应用数据挖掘技术进行分析研究，对医院的实验数据构建信息可视化图形，并有针对性地建立灰色预测模型对2009年各科室就诊人次数进行预测，再根据实验结果进行具体分析。实验结果表明，将数据挖掘技术应用到门急诊MIS中，不仅可以为患者提供更好的门急诊医疗服务，而且对医院门急诊部门的未来发展也有启发意义。

In the view of the problems of massive data overstocking constantly in the MIS of outpatient service and emergency call, this paper applies data mining technology to analyse and research the problems, and then uses hospital experimental data to build information visualization graphics, and establishes gray predictive model to predict the nmnber of all departments visits in 2009 targeted, and then makes a specific analysis according to the experiments. Experiments show that the subject is better for patients with the medical services in the department of outpatient service and emergency call, and it can be generalized for future development.
