广州大学城高校图书馆用户信息资源需求特点与满意度分析

Characteristics of Information Demand and Degree of Information Satisfaction of Academic Library Users of Guangzhou Higher Education

文章采用文献调查和问卷调查研究方法，对广州大学城高校图书馆用户的信息需求和信息满意度进行研究和分析，提出了开展信息资源共建共享是广州大学城高校图书馆发展的必然方向。虽然目前要实现信息资源共建共享还存在较大困难，客观上，其共建共享活动尚处于初级阶段；主观上，用户对共享型信息服务的收费问题持慎重态度，但是用户对图书馆信息资源的总体满意度较高，对信息资源的共建共享有着强烈的需求，因此在大学城高校间开展资源共建共享具有强大的内在动力。

This paper introduces the cooperative development and sharing activities of the academic libraries of Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center according to the survey of user information demand and degree of information satisfaction. Though it＇s quite difficult to succeed at present because the cooperative activities are still on initial level objectively and users＇ attitude towards the related fees are discreet subjectively. However, there＇s high degree of information satisfaction and intense requirement over its cooperative development and sharing, therefore there exists strong inherent force. In sum, to put the cooperative activities into practice, there＇s still a long way to go, though, it＇s inevitable.
