心舒口服液对麻醉犬心肌缺血、心肌梗死及血液流变学的影响

Effects of XINSHU Oral Liquid on Myocardial Ischemia, Myocardial Infarction and Hemorrheology in Anesthetized Dogs

采用心外膜电图标测心肌缺血范围及程度,以定量组织学方法(N-BT染色法)测定心肌梗死范围,同时测定血清酶活性及血液流变性的变化,研究了心舒口服液对麻醉犬心肌缺血、心肌梗死、血清AKP、LDH及血液流变学的影响。结果表明:心舒口服液能明显改善犬急性心肌缺血和缩小心肌梗死范围,显著抑制心肌缺血及心肌梗死所引起的血清AKP活性升高,有效地降低低切速下的血液粘度,抑制血小板粘附性和聚集性,改善血液流变性。

The scope and degree of myocardial ischemia were mapped by the epicardial electrogram, the scope of my-ocardial infarction was measured by the quantitive histology method (nitroblue tetrazolium stain), and the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP) was determined in the same time. The effects of XINSHU oral liquid on the acute myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, serum AKP, LDH and hemorrheology in anesthetized dogs were studied- It was suggested that XINSHU oral liquid could improve obviously the acute myocardial ischemia and reduce the scope of myocardial infarction, inhibite the obviously increased activity of AKP in serum reduced by the myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction, reduce effectively the blood viscosity in the low cutting rate, inhibite the adhesiveness and aggregation of platelets, and improve the hemorrheology.
