头孢拉定在我院的临床使用分析

Analysis of Cefradine Used Clinically in Our Hospipal

复习1997年9月份我院出院病历923份,对使用过抗菌药物(包括头孢拉定)的病历进行了统计和分析。在使用抗菌药物的814份(88.2％)病历中,CED使用率达15.8％,使用频度的DDDs为1008,仅次于氨苄西林针(DDDs为2084)和甲硝唑针(DDDs为1070)。对CED的使用指征、给药方法及联合用药中存在的问题加以讨论,并提出了合理意见。

Nine handred twenty three medical records dismissed from our hospital in Sept. 1997 were reviewed. The medical records used the antibacterial drugs including cefradine were analysed statistically. The using rate of cefradine was 15.8% in 814 (88.2%) medical records used the antibacterial drugs; The DDDs of using frequency was 1 008 secondary to ampicillin injection (DDDs 2 084) and metronidazole (DDDs 1 070). The problems in indications, administrations, and drugs for conbined administration were discussed, the rational ideas were posed.
