我国消费需求不足的成因与对策——基于产业结构失衡视角

Reasons and Countermeasures for China's Inadequate Consumption Demand: From the perspective of Imbalanced Industrial Structure

消费需求不足是近年来我国经济运行中的突出问题,扩大消费既是当前"保增长"的需要,也是实现经济长期可持续发展的必要条件。从产业结构视角出发分析消费需求可以发现,产业结构失衡是当前我国消费需求不足的根源,要扩大消费需求必须对产业结构进行调整和优化,实现产业结构与消费结构的协调,增强产业发展的就业效应与收入增长效应,从而建立起促进消费需求增长的长效机制。

In recent years, inadequate consumption demand has been the acute problem in China. To expand consumption is both the need to ensure the target growth rate and the prerequisite to maintain sustainable development. The analysis of the consumption demand from the perspective of industrial structure indicates that the root cause of the inadequate consumption demand is the imbalanced industrial structure and therefore it is necessary to adjust and optimize the industrial structure before expanding consumption demand. We shall take some measures to coordinate the industrial structure with consumption structure and increase the employment effect and income growth effect so as to build the long-term mechanism to promote consumption demand.
