中国信息安全面临的挑战及原因分析

Challenges for China's Information Security and their Causes

在信息全球化时代,信息系统不安全,也就谈不上国家的整体安全。国家信息系统的不安全会引发如政治失稳、经济紊乱、文化迷失等其他系统的不安全。目前,中国的信息安全技术水平比较滞后,网络安全系数很低,信息安全现状不容乐观,时刻面临着信息安全的严峻考验。同时发达国家的信息安全战略也给中国带来了新的威胁与挑战。因此,借鉴世界各国的信息战略,立足中国国情为保障信息安全,快速建立健全具有中国特色的信息安全保障体系迫在眉睫。

In the information age, the insecure information system that usually results in pohtical turbulences, economic instability, and cultural confusion will not guarantee the overall national security. Currently, the technologies for China＇s information security are relatively backward, with both the network security factor rather low and the present information security unsatisfactory. On the other hand the information security strategy in developed countries also poses some new threats and challenges to China. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a sound information security system with Chinese characteristics by considering China＇s situations and the information strategies of other countries.
