河北省民营经济在发展过程中,存在着产业层次不高,产业产品结构初级化、低度化等结构性矛盾。因此,河北省民营企业必须审时度势、沉着应对,充分发挥民营企业机制灵活的优势,变压力为动力,化挑战为机遇,把国际金融危机的不利影响降到最低程度,继续推进民营经济在科学轨道上又好又快发展。

There are some problems in the development of private enterprises in Hebei Province,such as low industrial level,primary and low-end products.The enterprises need to judge the situations and make full use of their flexible mechanism to minimize the impact of financial crisis and promote the rapid and sound development of private economy.
