On the Reconstruction Mode of New Rural Community in Wenchuan Earthquake-stricken Area

汶川地震重灾区重建为新农村社区重建带来了新机遇,针对农房重建资金普遍短缺,产业恢复重建任务艰巨的现实,可将重灾区新农村社区重建的模式分为三种类型,即城郊型、集镇型和村落型。各地应采用适合于本地实际情况的模式加快新农村社区重建。

Based on the theories in constructing new rural community and the empirical analysis of the current status of constructing new rural community in Mianyang earthquake-stricken area,this paper discovers the historical opportunity and problems in reconstruction.The mode of reconstruction can be divided into three categories： urban type,town type and village type.Every region needs to taken into its real conditions to choose the appropriate type to accelerate the reconstruction.
