Self-reflection is a process for teachers to evaluate and self-criticise their work, and a core factor to upgrade their professionalism. Furthermore, it is a strong driving force for a teacher to develop the concept of lifelong education,to improve his/her teaching method, and to have inquiring mind. Hence, to examine self-reflection on practical teaching strategy is of significant value for a teacher＇s professional development.
