摘要
需要是人类一切行为活动的源泉,犯罪行为也不例外,需要在犯罪行为的产生中起着非常重要的作用。需要具有无限性和受限制性,需要结构的不合理发展以及满足需要的方式的反社会性必然导致犯罪。
The needs are the source of the activities of human beings, let alone the crime. The needs play an important part in the occurrence of crime. The needs are limitless and restricted. ,The structure of needs and the methods to meet the needs are key to the occurrence of crime.
