摘要
提出了一种采用光纤光栅(FBG)Sagnac环对光纤中自发布里渊散射信号进行直接检测的新方法,从理论上分析了FBG Sagnac环滤波器的传输特性。研制了非对称结构的FBG Sagnac环,并应用在自发布里渊散射光谱测量和分布式温度传感实验系统中。通过控制压电陶瓷(PZT)两极的电压对FBG Sagnac环的臂长差进行精确调节,实现了自发布里渊散射信号与瑞利散射信号的有效分离及检测。
A novel method for direct optical detection of spontaneous Brillouin scattering in optical fiber is introduced by using a fiber Bragg grating(FBG) Sagnac loop. The transmission characteristic of the filter of FBG Sagnac loop is investigated theoretically.The FBG Sagnac loop with an asymmetrical structure is developed and used in the experimental systems of the spontaneous Brillouin scattering spectrum measurement and distributed optical fiber temperature sensing. By controlling the voltages of the two piezoelectric ceramic(PZT) electrodes to adjust accurately the difference of the FBG Sagnac loop's two arms,the backscattered spontaneous Brillouin scattering has been separated from Rayleigh scattering and detected effectively.
