摘要
为了对温度传感器的动态性能进行改善,使温度传感器的响应速度满足快速反应的温度测量系统的要求,在分析了常用的几种改善方法和模糊控制方法的基础上,提出了在温度测量系统中加入PID控制(比例、积分、微分控制),并用仿真工具Simulink(MATLAB的仿真集成环境)进行仿真。仿真结果表明,应用PID控制法可使温度传感器的响应时间极大地缩短,能达到改善温度传感器动态性能的目的。
In order to improve the dynamic characteristic of temperature sensors and make the responding time of temperature sensors meet the requirement of quick response of temperature measure system,the method of adding PID control to temperature measure system is given in this paper,which are based on the analysis of the common use ameliorative ways and fuzzy control,then simulated with Simulink(MATLAB) tool. The result of simulation shows that the responding time of temperature sensor can be shortened greatly by using PID control and the dynamic characteristic of temperature sensor can be improved.
