摘要
研究了B2O3对(Zn0.65Mg0.35)TiO3固溶体的烧结温度、晶相结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明,B2O3明显降低烧结温度,并与ZnO形成新的晶相Zn3B2O6或ZnB4O7,随着B2O3的增加,介电常数(εr)逐渐减小,频率温度系数(τf)从正值向负值方向变化。当w(B2O3)=6%时,烧结温度为890℃;εr=15.3,TEM谐振器的品质因数QTEM=255,τf=-86×10-6.℃-1。调节w(B2O3)=4%~6%,能得到τf=0的组成。该文首次采用了介质同轴谐振器的品质因数Q值和来评价材料的介电特性,对材料的实际应用具有重要的指导作用。
The effect of B2O3 on the sintering temperature,phase and dielectric properties of (Zn0.65Mg0.35)TiO3 solid-solution were investigated.The results showed that B2O3 obviously lowered the sintering temperature,and reacted with ZnO to form new phase Zn3B2O6 or ZnB4O7.With B2O3 increasing,the dielectric constant of εr was reduced,the temperature coefficient of frequency of τf varied from positive to negative.When w(B2O3)= 6%,the sintering temperature is 890 ℃,εr =15.3,QTEM=255,τf=-86×10^-6·℃^-1.τf will be close to zero,if the amount of B2O3 was adjusted within 4%-6%.The method evaluating properties of dielectric materials with the Q value and τf of dielectric coaxial resonator was first introduced,and had important guidance to practical materials.
