摘要
采用脱水、脱芳烃的固体石蜡对预硫化加氢催化剂进行钝化处理,考察了石蜡用量、钝化时间、钝化温度对加氢催化剂钝化效果的影响。以催化裂化柴油为原料,采用固定床连续微反装置对钝化前、后的催化剂进行活性评价,同时以ONU自热测试装置对钝化的催化剂自热最高温度进行评价,确定最佳钝化工艺条件。实验结果表明,采用石蜡对预硫化加氢催化剂进行钝化处理是可行的,最佳的钝化工艺条件为:石蜡与催化剂的质量比15%,钝化时间10~15 min,钝化温度60℃。该工艺操作简单,可有效抑制催化剂的自热反应,并能保持催化剂的活性,易于活化。
The passivation treatment of presulfided hydrogenation catalyst was conducted using a dehydrated and dearomatization paraffin wax as passivator and the effect of treating conditions on the maximum self-heating temperature and the activity of the catalyst was investigated. The activities of catalysts prior and post to passivation were evaluated by continues fixed-bed micro-reactor using FCC diesel fraction as feed and their maximum self-heating temperatures were determined on an ONU device. Test results show that it is feasible to passivate presulfided hydrogenation catalyst with paraffin wax, the self-heating behavior of the treated catalyst is improved significantly and the catalyst activity remains quite well. The optimal passivation conditions are under a wax/catalyst mass ratio of 0. 15, a passivation temperature of 40 ℃ and a treating time of 10-15 min, besides, the treatment is simple and convenient.
