摘要
以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为硅源,对HZSM-5分子筛进行硅烷化处理。考察硅烷含量对分子筛酸分布、催化活性和稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着硅烷含量的增加,分子筛表面L酸量基本没有变化,B酸量逐渐减小;液相产品中芳烃含量逐渐提高,且分子筛稳定性提高,硅烷的适宜量(以硅烷和分子筛的投料比计)为37.0%。
HZSM 5 zeolite was treated with 3 aminopropyltriethoxysilane to study the effect of silane on the catalyst performance including the acidity distribution, catalytic activity and stability. Test results showed that as compared with the untreated HZSM-5 zeolite the amount of Lewis acid sites of the treated zeolite was basically unchanged;the amount of Bronsted acid sites decreased significantly with the increase of silane content, at the same time, the content of aromatic hydrocarbons in the liquid product increased gradually. Furthermore,the zeolite stability was improved,and the optimal silane content(the starting ratio of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to HZSM-5 zeolite)was 37.0%.
