摘要 目的探讨大学新生的适应状况及其与心理应激、人格的关系。方法采用中国大学生心理应激量表、中国大学生适应量表、中国大学生人格量表对17833名大学生进行调查。结果①大学新生的适应状况整体良好,显著高于常模水平,学习存在明显的适应不良;②大学新生适应和心理应激、人格存在显著的相关;③人格在心理应激和大学新生适应间存在中介效应。结论大学新生适应与心理应激、人格存在显著相关,人格能够显著预测大学新生适应。 Objective A total of 17833 freshman from Xi'an were assessed in order to examine the adjustment and its relations with psychological stress and personality. Methods The Chinese College Student Psychological Stress Scale (CCSPSS) , The Chinese College Student Adjustment Scale(CCSAS) and The Chinese College Student Personality Scale(CCSPS) were used. Results ①The adjustment of freshman were well being in whole and higher than norm, but academic adjustment of freshmen were lower than norm;②There were significant correlations between adjustment, psychological stress and personality;③Personality had direct and indirect effect on adjustment. Conclusion There were significant correlations between adjustment, psychological stress and personality; Personality had direct and indirect effect on adjustment of freshmen.
