摘要
目的探讨情绪管理团体辅导对改善大学生情绪管理能力的有效性。方法运用团体动力学的理论,设计了提高大学生情绪管理能力团体活动的方式方法和实施程序,并进行了具体的实践。采取团体心理辅导的形式,对16名大学生进行了训练,并对其在辅导前后均用《大学生情绪管理能力问卷》进行测量。结果大学生在适宜的团体中,形成新的情绪管理状态,在大学生情绪管理能力问卷的各个维度上均出现了显著性差异。结论情绪管理团体心理辅导对于大学生提升自身的情绪管理能力具有重要的意义和作用。
Objective To study the effect of emotional management group counseling. Methods Under the frame of the theory of group dynamics, the methods of training and the implementation procedure of the emotional management group counseling were designed and performed. Before and after the group counseling, 16 university students were trained and surveyed with the Questionnaire of "Emotional Management Capacity of University students". Results University students in the suitable group formed a new state of emotional management, and there were significant differences in every factors in the questionnaire of "Emotional Management Capacity of University students". Conclusion University student's Emotional Management Group Counseling has important meaning and function in improving university student's capacity of emotional management.
