This article presents the prominent achievement of Huahai Sugar Industrial Development Co. , Ltd. of Guangdong Province on its establishment and development of the ecology friendly tea plantations, and expatiates the key technical approaches on this respect. It shares the author＇s perception on how to construct an ecology friendly mode of tea plantation, and also demonstrates that the development of the ecology friendly tea plantations in Guangdong State Farms with their local conditions is in agreement with the requirement for the retainable development of modem agriculture, which will serve as a valuable reference for Guangdong Province and for the whole country as well to develop the ecology friendly tea plantations.
