实习支教作为师范院校人才培养的一种新模式,有力推动了教师教育改革。在提高教师专业培养质量,引导师范生深入基层、了解国情、增强社会责任感和使命感,促进师范生职业养成以及城乡教育均衡发展和社会主义新农村建设等方面起到了重要作用。实习支教已成为安庆师范学院的一项常规教学活动并取得阶段性成果。
