套管开窗侧钻技术在江汉油田的应用 被引量:4

摘要 套管开窗侧钻是挖掘老区潜力,实现油田二、三次采油,提高原油采收率的有效方法。目前国内外普遍采用该工艺技术对有价值的报废井进行侧钻,不仅避免了钻新井或加密井的重复建设投资,而且能有效完善老油区的开发井网,提高增油效果,具有较高的应用价值。本文介绍了侧钻施工工艺流程、技术要点及在江汉油区的应用效果,分析了部分侧钻井中出现的事故及处理方法,为后续侧钻井施工总结了一些经验。 Sidetracking through milling window in casing is an effective method to tap the potential and realize secondary and tertiary oil recovery for enhancing oil recovery in mature oil areas. The method has been used generally to sidetrack drilling in valuable abandoned wells home and abroad at present, which not only saves the duplicate construction investment because of drilling new well or infill well, but also effectively improve the development well patterns in oil areas, thus having relatively high application value. In this paper, the technological process, technical essentials of sidetracking drilling and its application effect in Jianghan Oilfield are introduced, accidents occurring in some sidetracked wells are analyzed, treatment methods for these accidents are also described, and some experiences are summarized for drilling following sidetracked wells in this oilfield.
