Taking management control overbidding procurement and acceptance inspection forchemical plant of the 10000t/a Calcium Hypochlorite equipments in the Central Plant of Jianghan Salt Chemical Industry as an example, this paper introduces the management control action and its effect as well as matters needing attention in the process of biding procurement and acceptance inspection for chemical plant. Also it puts forth some creative ideas on them.
