摘要
通过对动力往复泵主轴进行断口分析、材料成分检测、力学性能试验和应力计算,得出该轴的断裂不是材料问题,而是交变应力超过材料的疲劳极限而引起材料疲劳断裂。同时提出了几条防止轴断裂的措施。
Through conducting the fractography, material composition detection, mechanical performance test and stress calculation for the main axis of dynamic reciprocal pump, it is concluded that the main axis fracture is caused not by the material composition, but by the fatigue fracturing resulted from that alternate stress exceeds the material fatigue limit. Some measures for protecting the main axis fracture are put forward in this paper, too.
