摘要
由于历史的原因以及在路网规划中不重视支路网的规划,导致许多城市支路网密度低下,并影响城市居民的居住生活和制约城市经济发展。本文以常州市支路网规划为例,首先分析支路网现状,结合城市功能分区,对城市中心区按用地性质进行功能分区;通过规范支路网密度及满足公交覆盖率的要求,计算各功能分区的支路网密度;基于路网密度的要求下,对中心区支路网进行调整规划,并针对近期地块开发及区域交通组织,提出近期支路网实施规划;最后对支路网规划进行评价,并提出相应的支路网规划建设及管理措施,以期达到指导常州市支路网规划建设的目的。
Due to historical reasons and lack of attention on local road network planning, the density of the local road network in many cites is low, which affects the living quality. This study takes Changzhou local road network plan as an example, and the current condition of the local road network was analyzed. Based on the city land use pattern, the central area of Changzhou was divided into different functional zones. Then, we calculated the density of local road network according to the recommendation density and the requirement of public transportation coverage. To meet the density requirement of the local road network,we modified the local road network plan of the central area and proposed a short-term implementation plan. At last, we evaluated the local road network plan and gave some relevant planning suggestions and management strategies for Changzhou local road network planning.
