胸椎转移性肿瘤患者的术后观察与护理

Observation and nursing care for the spinal metastatic tumor patients after operation.

目的:探讨胸椎转移性肿瘤患者的术后观察与护理特点。方法:对2004年1月～2008年12月手术治疗胸椎转移性肿瘤患者30例,术后加强生命体征监测,观察和护理各种并发症,进行功能锻炼指导,做好化疗、放疗的护理及出院指导。结果:本组30例患者均未发生脊神经损伤、肺不张、切口感染、胸腔引流管堵塞等并发症。结论:对于胸椎转移性肿瘤的外科治疗,术后加强生命体征的监测、胸腔引流管的护理、疼痛护理及各种并发症的观察、指导功能锻炼、化疗放疗护理和出院指导,是手术成功和患者顺利康复的有力保障。

Objective ：To probe into the observation and nursing care for the spinal metastatic tumor after operation. Methods ：The experience on nursing care for the patients with spinal metastatic tumor, who were treated in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2008, was explained. Results： After the nursing care for a total of 30 patients were carried out in this group, there were no such complications as spinal nerve injury, atelectasis, incision infection and infarction of drainage tube occurred. Conclusion： Of the surgical treatment for the patients with spinal metastatic tumor, the strengthening of monitoring of life signs, nursing care for the drainage tube and pain and observation of various complications, guidance for functional training, nursing care for the teletherapy and chemotherapy and guidance for leaving the hospital are the powerful guarantee for the successful operation and smooth recovery of the patients.
