临床路径带教方法在临床护理带教中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨临床带教路径在提高护理实习生带教质量中的应用效果。方法:建立临床带教路径体系并有效运行,用类实验研究方法与传统带教方法进行比较。结果:实施临床带教路径后,护理实习生实习成绩及对带教质量的满意度有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:实施临床带教路径之后,对健全临床带教机制,有效推进科学化、系统化、制度化的护理带教工作,提高护理实习生的综合素质都起到重要作用。
