摘要
目的:调查住院病人对护理工作的评价,了解影响住院病人对护理服务满意度的因素,提出改进措施,提高护理质量。方法:采用随机抽样的方法对2008年1月~2009年4月3 680例住院病人进行护理工作满意度问卷调查,并对调查表中服务项目进行分析。结果:住院病人对护理工作不满意的原因主要集中在病房环境、健康教育、护患沟通、病人安全等方面。结论:加强病房管理、强化护理人员培训、落实健康教育、促进护患沟通和人文关怀等措施对提高病人满意度有积极的作用。
Objective:To investigate evaluation of inpatient on nursing care, to understand the influence factors on inpatient satisfaction with nursing care, put forward a inproved method, improve nursing puality. Methods : To analyze 3 680 satisfaction puestionnaires of inpatient from January 2008 to April 2009. Results :The mason for inpatient unsatisfaction with nursing care mainly focused on ward environment, health education, nurse -patient communication,patient safety, etc. Conclusion : Sta-engthening ward management, strengthening nurses training,implementing health education, pomoting nurse - patient communication and humanistic care play a positive role in improve satisfaction.
