新疆地区护理专业本科生职业认知的调查研究

Investigation the specialty reconition among undergraduate student in Xinjiang area.

目的:了解和分析新疆地区护理专业全日制本科生专业认知现状,为改善护生专业认知提供依据。方法:采取横断面调查的方法,自行设计问卷对新疆地区所有护理专业全日制本科护生进行调查。结果:大部分学生在选择护理专业时,对护理专业缺乏了解,进入学校学习后,大部分学生对护理专业的一般知识和工作内容有所了解,大多数学生持正向的专业态度。结论:应该加强对护生护理专业相关知识的教育。

Objective：To find out and analyze the specialty reconition among undergraduate nuring student in xinjiang and offer foundation for improveing nuring specialty. Methods：Cross -sectional survey was adopted ,using self- designed questionnaire to investigate specialty reeonitian among undergraduate nufing student in xinjiang region. Results：Most of the students, in the choice of nursing,lack of understanding about the nursing profession, after entering school, they have gained some understanding the general knowledge and working content of nuring, holding positive professional attitude. Conclusion ：The education of nursing professional knowledge should be paid more attention and strengthened.
