摘要
自金融企业建立之时起,它的发展就面临着各种各样的问题,近两百年来银行危机时有发生,最近一次爆发的金融危机甚至对全球实体经济构成了一定程度的影响,金融业的管理秩序亟待重建。晋商票号是中国金融史上的一个里程碑,有着许多自己独创或发扬光大的管理制度,晋商票号的管理思想对现代金融企业无论从正面还是反面都具有相当程度的启示。
From the very beginning facing different kinds of difficulties, so of the foundation of financial companies, they are always banking crisis sometimes happened in recent 200 years, with the latest financial crisis leads certain influences on the global real economy. Therefore, the management order of financial industry needs to be reestablished. Shanxi Piaohao （exchange shop） is a milestone in the financial history of China. They each has their own creative management systems which worth carrying forward, and their management thoughts have made significant enlightenments on modem financial organizations.
