"125"休假制度的出台,打破了传统旅游业的经营理念和经营模式。旅行社只有在新休假制度的条件下作出积极的应对措施,把握市场发展的动态,了解旅游者的需求,才能开发出适销对路的旅游产品,以求得在旅游市场竞争中的优势地位和长足发展。
The unveiling of the " 125" holiday system in China breaks the management concept and modes of traditional tourism industry. The readily marketable tourism products can be developed only when travel agencies take active countermeasures to face the new holiday system, control the development of the whole market, and fully understand the needs of travelers. Only in this way, can the agencies find a dominant position in the tourism market and make further development.
