摘要
目的:建立远志药材主成分质量评价指标和方法。方法:以远志对照药材为对照,反相高效液相色谱法分析山西平遥产远志7个不同商品药材等级和部位,并进行聚类分析和主成分分析(PCA);依据传统远志质量等级标准,采用多元逐步回归法筛选与药材质量相关的主要影响因子。结果:远志的7个等级聚为二类;主成分分析的3个排序轴解释了数据矩阵88.16%变异;远志药材的质量等级与5个色谱峰关系密切,拟合评价公式为:Y=-8.662×10-6C12+4.635×10-5C19-5.022×10-6C23+2.061×10-5C13+7.466×10-6C1+6.742。结论:该方法能体现远志多成分联合起效的特点,可用于远志及有效成分不确切药材的质量评价及新资源开发。
Objective: To establish the evaluating index and method of principal component for quality control in Polygala tenuifolia Willd. Methods: Polygala tenuifolia standard material was chosen as the reference, seven different parts and commercial grades of of Polygala tenuifolia samples from Ping Yao of Shanxi were analyzed by HPLC with gradient elution. Clustering method and Principal Component Analysis (PCA)were processed according to the peak area. The major impact factors related to the quality of the herb was screened and the quality rank evaluating equation was made by multiple regression method according to the traditional quality rank standard of Polygala tenuifolia. Results: The seven ranks of Polygala tenuifolia are classified two kinds; three sequences of PCA indicate that the data matrix change 88.16% was proving a satisfied result. The quality rank of Polygala tenuifolia is closely related to the five chromatographic peaks, the evaluating equation is Y=-8.6618×10^-6 C12+4.6354×10^-5 C19-5.0219 ×10^-6C23+2.0614×10^-5C13 +7.4664 ×10^-6 C1+6.7425. Conclusion: This method confirms the conclusion that Polygala tenuifolia has many effective components, demonstrating that it can be used for the quality evaluation and development of new resource of Polygala tenuifolia,.
