摘要
建设创新型国家,高等院校担负着培养创新型人才的重任。培养创新型人才必须切实加强思想政治教育工作,提升学生的创新素质。
The institutions of higher education are charged with heavy responsibilities on cultivating innovative talents.For training innovative talents,we must fully strengthen the ideological and political education work and improve enhance the innovative quality of students.
