摘要 研究了废玻璃钢粉填充丁腈橡胶的性能。从取向和非取向两个方面探讨了废玻璃钢粉含量对丁腈橡胶性能的影响,比较了废玻璃钢粉和碳酸钙对丁腈橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,玻璃钢粉对于丁腈橡胶具有一定的补强作用,随着玻璃钢粉加入量的增加,电阻率略有下降;由于玻璃短纤维的存在使得胶片取向与非取向方向的性能有所差异。综合性能考虑,使用20份废玻璃钢粉的复合材料具有较高的性能价格比。 The properties of NBR vulcanizates filled with waste FRP powder was studied in this paper. The impacts of waste FRP power and CaC03 particles on the properties of the prepared NRB vulcanizates were seperately analyzed and compared, The results showed that the waste FRP powder in NBR vulcanizates can reinforced the matrix obviously, however, the resistivity decreased slightly with increasing waste FRP powder. And short glass fiber caused the property differences of NBR vulcanizates between the oriented and non-oriented. Considering the comprehensive properties, the NBR vulcanizates comprising 20 phr waste FRP powder is cost-efficient.
