胰腺癌VEGF-C/D及VEGFR-3的表达与淋巴转移的相关性研究进展
摘要
肿瘤的侵袭和转移是一个多阶段、多因子调控的过程,其中肿瘤细胞从原发病灶扩散至人体其他部位的途径是肿瘤转移预防与诊治的重要环节。研究表明淋巴转移是恶性肿瘤尤其是实体瘤的重要转移途径,胰腺导管腺癌正是这样一种高淋巴转移倾向且早期即有淋巴转移的恶性肿瘤.
