兔角膜中央厚度与角膜上皮厚度的相关研究

摘要 目的探讨兔的角膜上皮厚度在A型超声下与共焦下测量结果的相关性,及表麻药对角膜上皮的作用。方法分析左右眼之间的统计学差别后;将20只兔子随机分为两组,一组滴用表麻药为实验组,另一组点用平衡液做为对照组,分析表麻药对角膜上皮的影响;最后将对照组用同样方法处理后,将40只眼的角膜上皮在A超下与共焦下的测量值进行统计学分析。结果①兔的眼别与角膜中央厚度的测量差异无统计学意义;②滴用倍诺喜表麻液与滴用平衡液两组差异有统计学意义;③A超下测量角膜中央厚度与角膜上皮厚度,二者呈正相关;④A超下与共焦下的测量的角膜上皮厚度呈正相关。结论倍诺喜表麻液会使角膜上皮厚度增加,可使角膜上皮的松解,可以缩短乙醇浸泡角膜上皮的时间;A超下测量角膜中央厚度越厚,其角膜上皮厚度越厚;A超下测量角膜上皮越厚,其共焦下测量角膜上皮也越厚。 Objective The correlation of corneal epithelial thickness measured by A - type ultrasound pachymeter and confocal mi- croscopy was discussed. The role of local anesthetics on the corneal epithelium was also studied. Methods 20 rabbits were randomly di- vided into two groups:group benoxil eyedrop and roup equilibrium liquid. Corneal epithelial thickness of 40 eyes (20 rabbits) measured by A - type ultrasound pachymeter and confocal microscopy was analyzed. Results (1)There was no significant difference between the eyes of rabbits and CCT (central corneal thickness). (2)Statistical correlation was found between group benoxil eyedrop and group equilibrium liquid. (3)CCT was positively correlated with corneal epithelial thickness measured by A - type ultrasound pachymeter. (4)The corneal epi- thelial thickness measured by A - type ultrasound pachymeter was positively correlated with that measured by confocal microscopy. Con- clusion Benoxil eyedrop could increase the thickness of corneal epithelium, loose the corneal epithelium and decrease the time of soaking corneal epithelial with alcohol. The thicker CCT is,the thicker corneal epithelial thickness under A -type ultrasound pacbymeter will be. The thicker corneal epithelial thickness under A - type ultrasound pachymeter is, the thicker the thick mess under confocal microscopy will be.
