慢性肾脏病的诊断与分期：立足循证，审慎批判，稳健发展 被引量：4

摘要 2002年美国肾脏病基金会肾脏病患者生存质量指导（K／DOQI）专家组首次正式提出慢性肾脏病（CKD）的概念。随后在2004年全球提高肾脏病预后组织（KDIGO）经过讨论肯定了K／DOQI关于CKD的定义与分期，并进行了修订和推广。
