缺氧诱导因子-1α和RTP801 mRNA在口腔扁平苔藓组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及其靶基因RTP801在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)分子病理机制中的作用。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,检测24例OLP组织,12例正常口腔黏膜组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及其靶基因RTP801的表达水平。结果:HIF-1α在OLP病变组织中的表达水平高于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.05),RTP801在OLP病变组织中的表达低于正常口腔黏膜的表达水平(P<0.05)。结论:缺氧诱导因子-1α及其靶基因RTP801的异常表达在OLP的发病机制中起到重要作用,HIF-1α可能成为治疗OLP的潜在的分子靶点。 Objective: To explore the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus (OLP) by examining the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and RTP801 in OLP. Methods: To determine the expression levels of HIF-1α and RTP801 in 24 OLP tissues and 12 normal oral mucosa tissues by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results: The expression of HIF-1α in OLP was higher than that in normal oral mucosa( P 〈 0.05 ) , while the expression of RTP801 in OLP was lower than that in normal oral mucosa( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of HIF-1α and RTP801 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of oral lichen pianus. HIF-1α might be a potential molecular target for the treatment of OLP.
