缓慢型心律失常心脏起搏患者心电监护拔牙的临床经验

Experiences of extraction of teeth in patients with bradycardia and pacemaker

目的:探讨安装心脏起搏器的严重缓慢型心律失常患者心电监护下拔牙的可行性。方法:在良好的局部麻醉和拔牙过程中密切观察心率、血压及动态心电变化的条件下,对12例伴有严重缓慢型心律失常且已安装心脏起搏器的患者进行拔牙,拔除患牙21颗。结果:12例患者均顺利完成拔牙手术,未发现任何并发症。结论:部分安装心脏起搏器的严重缓慢型心律失常患者在心电监护下可以安全拔牙。

PURPOSE： To study the safety and possibility of extraction of teeth in patients with severe bradycardia and pacemaker under ECG monitoring. METHODS： Twenty-one teeth in 12 patients with severe bradycardia and pacemaker were extracted under ECG and blood pressure monitoring. RESULTS： The teeth were extracted safely for all the 12 eases without any complications. CONCLUSION： The tooth of patients with severe bradycardia and pacemaker could be extracted safely under ECG monitoring.
