摘要 目的:通过对菊苣根的化学成分进行研究,为开发利用该植物提供科学依据。方法:采用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析法分离成分,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,鉴定了其中4个,分别为α香树脂醇、蒲公英萜酮、baurenylacetate和β谷甾醇。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Cichorium intybus.Method:Constituents were separated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography on silical gel.The structures were established by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.Result:Seven compounds were isolated from the roots of C.intybus and four of them were identified as α amyrin,taraxerone,baurenyl acetate and β sitosterol.Conclusion:All the four compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time.
