碱性成纤维细胞生长因子促进坐骨神经损伤后功能的恢复 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)结合静脉套接对坐骨神经缺损修复后功能恢复的作用。方法:切断兔一侧坐骨神经主干,用自体静脉桥接,使神经两断端在管内相距1cm,一组于静脉段内注入碱性成纤维细胞生长因子溶液,对照组注入等量的生理盐水。分别于术后10天、30天、100天取标本经光镜检查,其中100天组先做电生理检测。结果:两组均于术后30天见有神经纤维通过缺损处。术后100天腓肠肌单次刺激肌力恢复实验组为59.99%±1.57%,对照组恢复37.70±2.58%。强直收缩力恢复实验组69.18%±1.75%,对照组42.96%±2.04%。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对周围神经损伤后功能恢复有明显促进作用。 Objective:To study the effect of using basic fibroblast growth factor combined with autogenous vein graft conduit to repair injured sciatic nerve. Methods:Thirty six New Zealand rabits were divided into two groups:experimental and contrnlled group. The main trunks of left sciatic nerves were severed forming a 10 mm gap and were bridged by vein. The same amount of basic fibroblast growth factor and normal saline was injected into the vein. The animals were sacrificed at interals of 10 days. 30 days and 100 days respectively. Morphology and functional recovery of sciatic nerve was ob- served by means of microscopic and electrophysiological examinations. Results:Two groups were both seen nerve fibers through the gap 30 days after operation. 100 days later,the contractility of M、gastrocnemius in experimental group recovered 55.99%±1. 57% in single twitch and 69. 18%± 1. 75% in complete tetanus,while there were 37. 70%± 2. 58% and 42. 96%± 2. 04% recovery in con- trolled group. Conclusion:Basic fibroblast growth factor can markablely improve the function of injured peripheral nerve after repairing.
