The application range of college digital campus relates to each department at college. The application structure of digital campus can be divided into three levels： ＂organization management＂, ＂teaching and research＂, ＂public service＂. With the construction of digital campus, colleges should design the suitable management methods and application promotion strategies, then the departments can be cooperated with each other to promote the application and construction of digital campus.
